I don’t even know where to begin because Christina is MAGICAL and made our wedding/my wedding day experience so relaxing and stress-free. Makeup-wise she’s an absolute magician and made me feel like myself but enhanced and truly listened diligently to all feedback I gave both during/after our trial and on the day of. She’ll give you her opinion but won’t push you, and my mom, mother in law, and MOH were all nervous about having their makeup done professionally and all 3 loved what Christina did for them and how it made them feel. She’s insanely talented and was STRONGLY recommended to me by our wedding planner, who was 100% right - I truly felt beautiful.
I also want to add that Christina is an especially kind and special human and did so much more than my makeup the day of - she helped corral folks, brought things from our getting ready area to the venue, literally cleaned my dress post-first look when it had mud/grass on it, and so much more. She was much more than my MUA that day - she truly made me feel supported and was a big reason that I was able to stay so calm the day of because she was just doing things that she absolutely did need to but did them anyways. I’ll end there but she is wonderful and it’ll be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding if you work with her!

Working with Christina was a DREAM! It is so obviously how deeply she cares about everyone she works with and how committed she is to giving you the exact look that you want. She invests time in getting to know you and what you want before you book with her, before your trial, and after your trial and before your wedding. She also makes it extremely clear that she wants makeup day-of to be an iterative and collaborative process between the two of you; she did a few things and then showed me to make sure I liked it, did a few more things and then showed me and asked me again, etc. She makes you feel very comfortable giving your opinion throughout. She also made sure I liked my makeup in several different types of lighting and both inside and outside at the venue. All the way up until the moment she left my venue she was making sure I was happy with my look and was always willing to change something if I wanted. Similar to many brides, I wanted that "glam but natural / still feel like myself look" and Christina absolutely knocked it out of the park. I felt so glamorous and elegant but still felt like myself. It was also such a joy to have her and her second artist Corey in the house with my girls and I - they were so easy going, fun, respectful, and thoughtful. All of my bridesmaids told me the next day how much they loved them both. Christina is the absolute best and working with her was an amazing experience. She is a kind, thoughtful, beautiful person inside and out and truly cares about everyone she works with. Book her now!! Not to mention, my wedding was also originally planned for 2020 and needed to be postponed and Christina was so easy and accommodating to work with through the rescheduling process!

Christina is absolutely amazing! If she is available, book her right away! From our first interaction, she was professional and personable. Her makeup is flawless and makes you feel like the best version of yourself! I wanted to feel natural but elevated and Christina captured the look exactly. After the trial, I almost felt like I didn't have much makeup on until I washed it off and realized how transformed I was! She is truly an artist. Everyone in my wedding party looked stunning! Christina also comes to the day extremly prepared, each person in my wedding party had their own labeled set of tools and she kept to the timing perfectly. She made sure we didn't feel rushed. She is also just the nicest person and will make you feel so relaxed on your wedding day! She is happy to work with you to get the look that is exactly right for you! I can't wait until I have a reason for Christina to do my makeup again but I would definitely book her in the future for another event!

Christina was amazing to work with - I cannot recommend her enough. My makeup looks were ON POINT - Christina created two very distinct looks, full of color. She really understood the way makeup looked on my face, especially considering my ethnicity. The cherry on top - I didn't have to worry about my makeup all weekend. I wasn't worried about anything smudging or coming off, which was SO nice considering how long every day/night was. :) She also left me a little makeup kit after she left for the night - it was so helpful to have on-hand and the bridesmaids loved the little lipstick keepsake they were able to take away.

Let’s pretend for a second that I didn’t get married during a pandemic - I honestly couldn't have been happier with Christina! She made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself. She is a great listener (very important when it comes to a makeup artist), incredibly talented, and her makeup style brought out all of the most beautiful qualities of all of my friends. She is also just a joy to be around. Now let’s add the pandemic in - She went above and beyond to be sensitive to my needs and concerns, offered a second complementary trial since my last one was a year ago (2020, sigh), and was so kind after what was a very hard year for vendors and couples alike. I honestly couldn’t recommend a vendor more highly than I recommend Christina. Book her now because I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s booked for the next few seasons! Christina is an incredibly makeup artist. For my wedding, I knew I wanted to find someone who had more of an editorial sensibility and familiarity and Christina was the perfect collaborator. When I shared some inspiration images, she completely understood the look I was going for and fine tuned it based on post-trial feedback. I cannot properly explain how lucky I feel to have been able to work with Christina on my wedding day! Thought the process, even beforehand, she was determined to make sure I didn’t leave the chair without feeling beautiful. She worked with all my anxieties and insecurities and she did so many things that day that were above and beyond what anyone could expect, she came through for me in ways that some of the people closest to me couldn’t. Her talent also speaks for itself. She’s mastered a natural look that makes you look like your most glamorous self while still actually looking like yourself. I searched for a makeup artist that could give me a natural look on my wedding day that still felt especially beautiful, and that I had 100% confidence in. I spoke to a few different makeup artists/vendors with tons of natural looks in their portfolio, but I luckily was referred to Christina and within a few minutes of my first call with her I knew I wanted to book her. I LOVED that in our first call she asked questions and noted considerations that no other vendors had asked or mentioned to me (and that I hadn't considered, either), which signaled to me that she would be incredibly thorough and thoughtful in how to approach my look for the day. And she delivered on everything I hoped for. During my trial she helped me understand what I should consider based on her expertise. My makeup look was perfect, and my bridal party was thrilled with how their makeup looked as well. Beyond our makeup, Christina was just a delight to be around and talk to. She armed us all with kits to take care of any emergencies that might spring up during the wedding day that I still find myself using. I couldn't have asked for a better makeup artist for my wedding day. Book her if she's available, you won't be disappointed!

This is a wildly overdue review for an incredible person. I first spoke with Christina back in 2019, newly engaged and diving head first into planning a Brooklyn wedding for 2020. From the very first phone consultation, Christina prioritized listening and pairing what she heard from me with expert, experienced but not pushy advice. We talked about our wedding vision, my own personal style and a lot about my skin and skincare. As someone who's had a lifetime of skin-related rollercoasters, hearing about Christina's personal experience and recommendations for the wedding (and beyond) was so helpful - it was honestly the best consultation on my skin and makeup I've ever had. When life took a turn and we had to postpone our Brooklyn party to 2021, Christina was immediately accommodating and even gave me a free virtual lesson so I could do my own makeup for our intimate 2020 ceremony.
Flash forward to 2021. We experimented a bit during my trial and I wasn't in love, but Christina made it clear I was in the driver's seat, asking for honest feedback and and working with me to co-create a look. She patiently went back and forth with me over text as I played around with lips and lashes. Day of, Christina was right on time and helped set such a chill and musical vibe as she did the looks for myself and my small bridal party. All of us left with kits and individual lip colors, which was helpful through the night. My final look by Christina fit the original brief perfectly - I felt completely like me, with just a touch of once-in-a-lifetime event glam. I think it's also worth mentioning that it stayed put, even as I sweat through five straight hours of intense dancing and scream-singing (photo proof attached.) Christina was the perfect professional partner and friend through it all. 100% recommend!

Christina is amazing and was able to perfectly nail the stunning look I was envisioning for my wedding! Working with her for my wedding was so wonderful and I truly felt compelled to write this review so everyone else can be as lucky as I to have her as a makeup artist! I am still not over how I looked on my wedding day, I felt the most beautiful EVER. From the start of my wedding planning, in our initial phone consultation, Christina proved to be a great listener. She listened to my concerns about makeup/looks, what I liked and disliked, etc. She was also very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the connections that makeup has with other aspects of the wedding. For example, early on I said I want a natural and light look, but she suggested that I speak with my photographer about the photographs and editing process. Luckily I did, because the photographs for my photographer are edited much lighter so if I went with something super light, I would have looked like I had no makeup on. Her advice made me think of things about makeup that I would have never considered and I am grateful she was able to help me in this manner because it made the photographs better, in my opinion. Another example is in the trial, she did the look and I loved it but then 1 week before the wedding (woops!) I was feeling I wanted it a bit more glam. She was quick to respond and said no problem and then the day of, she totally delivered! She is so customer service oriented and was respectful of each person's preferences, likes and dislikes, etc. My mom was so picky about her makeup look the morning of the wedding and while I was "stressed" that mom was being so tough, Christina made my mom feel super comfortable, justified in her feelings and frankly, like a queen!

Christina was absolutely amazing to work with! She did a fantastic job for me and my bridal party, and helped everyone look their best. Being very indecisive, I had a hard time deciding what kind of wedding look I wanted. Christina was with me every step of the way and helped me solidify my wedding look. I absolutely love Christina's makeup style, and she made everyone feel comfortable through the whole process. She gave helpful makeup tips and through her recommendations, I was able to find my hair stylist as well as the photographer! Christina and her team are absolutely amazing!!! We had a pretty big bridal party of 8 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, and mothers of the bride and groom. Christina didn’t bat an eye at the work load, and brought 2 assistants with her who were equally amazing. She and her assistants did everyone’s makeup flawlessly and you couldn’t even tell that different people did everyone’s look. They were efficient, on time, friendly, and great people to talk to. Christina is easy to work with and she really only wants her clients to be happy no matter the look they want she’s going to go the extra mile to make it happen. I couldn’t describe what color eye shadow I wanted like not a color but that there’s something there (so specific I know) but she knew exactly what I meant and worked together with me to make it exactly how I wanted. She’s so encouraging and a calming presence to have on a hectic day. I even had her do my makeup for my bridal shower because I loved her so much. We had her for the whole wedding day and she touched up me and all the girls whenever we felt we needed it. 10/10 would recommend.

Working with Christina was such an amazing experience, and I could not have asked for a more perfect look for my wedding day. It was the right kind of mix of glam and natural glow I was looking for. Christina has such a great knowledge of what you need for your wedding, too, and can easily make any kind of adjustment you want. I also loved that she left with me a little to-go bag if I needed any touch ups or spritzing throughout the night. She was also so great to work with and so communicative leading up to the big day. If I had any requests, questions, or last minute anxieties, she was there with an answer whenever I needed it. I have a severe topical skin allergy and she was so careful and took extra time to ensure she had only safe products but still enough choices to ensure I had the exact look I wanted for my wedding. If you have been looking for a sign to book Christina for your wedding or event, CONSIDER THIS IT!! Christina was the makeup artist for my New Years Wedding, and I truly cannot believe how lucky I am that I landed Christina for the big day. First i'll start with the trial. Christina came to my home to do my trial, and I of course was nervous about someone else doing my own makeup as I had only had it done a few times, but pretty much as soon as Christina arrived I was at ease. She was so lovely and kind, had an impeccably clean and neat makeup kit, and after 5 minutes of her being in my home I felt like she was just one of my friends. She took her time with the trial, letting me look in the mirror at each stage to let her know what I liked and didn’t, and what I thought could be tweaked. Christina took one look at my fairly vague Inspo photos and hit the nail on the head. She created an environment that made me feel comfortable telling her what I wanted to tweak, which was honestly very little. My nervous feelings going into the trial were turned into such excitement from the amazing work Christina did. Throughout the planning process, Christina was so kind, responsive, and flexible to our ever-changing timeline and list of people who wanted to use her services. Flash forward to the wedding day - Christina came on time (she actually was early but told us to just let her know when we were ready for her to come up) locked and loaded with an again PRISTINE kit, with containers of brushes labeled with each persons name who was getting their makeup done. Our party getting makeup done by Christina ranged in age, skin types, everyday makeup wearing levels, and idea of what they wanted, but let me tell you - every single person came away with a palpable confidence and radiance, all looking like DROP. DEAD. KNOCKOUTS!!!! I attribute so much of this to how comfortable everyone was with Christina, and how well she listened to each person’s wants and needs. Christina even ended up sewing up our officiants dress when it broke right before our ceremony. Talk about a team player. As for my bridal makeup, it was somehow even BETTER than the trial!! I was so nervous that I wouldn't feel confident or beautiful on my wedding day, but after getting my makeup done by Christina, I felt more confident than I ever have, and the best part was that the makeup was somehow WEIGHTLESS. One of my biggest concerns was my makeup staying on as I am a big crier (cryer?), and Christina assured me and everyone else that all of our makeup would stay put. She wasn’t lying! My makeup and everyone else stayed on through tears, rain, humidity, and sweat. The only word to describe it is MAGIC. She even did a very light touch up for my now husband, and he couldn’t stop remarking about how great his skin looked. I could go on and on singing Christina’s praises, but the TLDR of this review is that you will not find a makeup artist as skilled, dependable, kind, and overall amazing as Christina. I will be recommending her and hiring her for any future events until the end of time!

If I could give Christina more stars I would!!! Where do I even start?! Christine did a trial for me and had the most specific and detailed notes that it looked the exact same the day of. She confirmed with me via email i was still happy with the way it came out... that’s when I knew she was a keeper :) Christina did a fabulous job on everyone! We all looked and felt so beautiful and made sure we were all happy. She made sure our make up was good for each of our skin tones and preferences. It stayed perfect throughout the whole night. She is the most thoughtful person, she had a bridal emergency kit with everything from tide to go pens to Advil etc... she gave everyone a pouch with lipstick, oil face wipes, mints. My photographer had car problems and she offered to go get her!! Literally she’s the best. She made sure I didn’t forget my “getting ready photo”. She’s friendly, professional, funny, and we all wanted to be her friend afterwards! Whatever look you are going for she can definitely do! I couldn’t recommend her more!!
